The main goal of Elkes classes is the creation of an authentic moment according to the work of Stanislavski. This means that the performers are able to show their true feelings and express them. Therefore the classes contain many exercises of sensual perceptions, emotional improvs, technical mime art or trainings of breathing and articulation as a preparation for the script.

First of all every presentation needs a good confident presenter to get attention. For that reason different exercises of body language and some technics of presenting will be trained in order to support individual expression and to underline every participant´s uniqueness.
